Kim began selling residential real estate and learning the industry from the ground up with her partner and mother, Lorette Richard. Together, they were soon established as one of the area's most recognized mother and daughter teams. Since those years of learning from the best, Kim has sold nearly $200 million in real estate and achieved over 80% repeat and referral business. In 2021, she celebrated her 20th year with RE/MAX Alliance Group, landing in the President's Club, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, the Lifetime Achievement Award and most importantly to her, Platinum Club honors every year since 2010.
