Kim Stevenson

Broker Kim Stevenson previously was a stay-at-home mom and worked for nonprofit organizations affiliated with the National Hockey League (NHL) before choosing to pursue real estate in 2012. She currently works out of the Redmond John L. Scott office, where she helps all types of clients buy or sell any type of property in the Eastside of the Seattle area.

Kim’s husband played for 16 years in the NHL, and her experience raising funds for NHL-affiliated nonprofits taught her confidence, marketing strategies and molded the mindset she says she uses every day in her real estate career. Back then, Kim’s tenacity got her the donation and today, that same tenacity gets her clients the deal. Her experience moving whenever her husband was signed to a new team made her fascinated with the relocation process, and today she loves serving as a valuable asset to clients looking to move and start from scratch in a new city.

Kim brings expertise, effective communication, negotiation skills and dedication to each client’s home purchase or sale. To market properties in today’s market, Kim’s favorite tactics are 3D Matterport tours, social media marketing and the Seller Listing Launch.

Giving back to her local community is important to Kim, and she’s currently a PTA Board Member of the Lake Washington School District, Auction Coordinator for Sno-King Hockey and a volunteer with the Redmond North Little League. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, doing volunteer work, riding horses and spending time with her friends and family.
