Kim Strange

As a long-time resident of Moore County, Kim Strange has extensive knowledge of the Sandhills, including Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Whispering Pines, Aberdeen, Seven Lakes, and surrounding areas. As a 25 + year veteran in the Real Estate business, she offers experience and personal attention with negotiations, strategy, guidance, and results to both buyers and sellers.

Since 2001, she has worked with developers in the golf course communities of Talamore and Mid South Club in planning, developing, selling, and marketing new condominium projects and residential home sites.

In addition to working with Talamore, Kim has operated as Broker In Charge and owner of Front Runner Realty Group located in downtown Southern Pines.

Front Runner specializes in golf communities, horse farms, home/ lot/land and investment properties throughout Moore County and surrounding areas.
