KIM THARP

Kim Tharp began her real estate career in the early 2000’s in Brown County, Indiana. Prior to that, she held various positions in banking, land development/construction management, title insurance, computer consulting, and fundraising/advancement services for institutions of higher education. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan in her native Ann Arbor, where she was a member of the women’s swim team and Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She has been married to her husband, Tom, for nearly 40 years, and can often be found gardening, decorating, cooking & traveling.
