The Kim Tokar Team was formed in 2005, at Long & Foster Real Estate in Yardley, PA, when Kim partnered with Joel Gruenke. Together they quickly became the top producing team in the office. In 2009, they moved the Team to Keller Williams Real Estate, the number one real estate office in Bucks County in both dollar volume and sales units. In 2024, Kim and Joel opened their own eXp Realty office in Yardley, PA

Team Benefit –Real estate transactions include a multitude of processes, procedures, and deadlines. It only makes sense that it takes many skill sets to successfully complete a real estate transaction.
