About Kim
Kim Tyler – Powered by Positivity, Integrity & Experience
Kim Tyler is a proud Tulsa native, Jenks alumna, and third-generation Realtor with a deep-rooted passion for real estate. As Managing Broker of the Chinowth & Cohen Realtors Broken Arrow office, Kim combines her years of experience with a genuine love for mentoring and empowering agents to reach their full potential. Her leadership is fueled by integrity, collaboration, and a belief that “their success is my success.”
Kim’s real estate journey began in her teens, working summers in her family’s homebuilding business. She earned her license at 20 and spent over 20 years in new construction, helping clients design and build their dream homes. In 2009, she joined Chinowth & Cohen as part of a mother-daughter team alongside her mother, Janet, continuing the family legacy.
In 2018, Kim was honored with the Chinowth & Cohen Realtors Leadership Award, recognizing her passion for mentoring. This led her to pursue her Broker-Associate License and ultimately accept the Managing Broker role in 2020.
Despite life’s challenges—including a 2022 diagnosis of Stage 3 Triple Negative Breast Cancer—Kim’s optimism never wavered. With faith, resilience, and strength, she beat cancer and now shares her journey to inspire others, especially within the “pink sister” community.
Kim continues to serve clients with care and commitment, making the buying and selling process as seamless as possible. She’s certified in Residential Construction, New Home Sales, and Remodeling, and actively serves on multiple real estate boards and committees including her recent appointment to the Board of Directors at the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors.
Happily married to her husband Kregg, Kim is a proud mom and “Kiki” to two beautiful grandbabies. Her life and work are grounded in purpose, positivity, and a drive to make a difference—both in real estate and in the lives she touches.
