Kim Vickers

Kim Walsh is a licensed Real Estate broker at Professional Realty Services International serving Washington and Oregon State. She started her career in Real Estate in 2007 as a Certified Home Stager then received her General Contractor’s license for both states. She transitioned into buying and selling Real Estate in 2015. Her formal education started with an Associates in Applied Science – Paralegal degree and she continued on to receive a Master in Business Administration degree from George Fox University. In addition, she obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Negotiations (CREN). The combination of education and experience has taught her the art of negotiation, contract integrity, and the importance of ethics when conducting business. She is also a certified instructor for the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission, teaching students on how to navigate the home buying process. This combination has assured her clients that they can move forward with confidence with her representation.
