Kim was an amazing blessing to our family during the entire unique process that we placed her in with the sale of our house in Madison. She immediately stepped up and did an outstanding job navigating us through all aspects of the preparation and sale. Kim worked closely with our Defense National Relocation Program (DNRP) representative to ensure we met all the requirements of that program. Her attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. She constantly was thinking three or four steps ahead in the process to eliminate any delays. She provided truthful and realistic expectations right from the start and did a phenomenal job in marketing and showing our home, which resulted in an offer that we accepted in just four short days. I STRONGLY recommend that anyone looking for a Realtor in the Huntsville area, turn first to Kim Ward for results from a agent that not only cares about the property she's marketing, she truly cares about the people she serves. Our recent home buying experience with Kimberly Ward of Market Group Real Estate was outstanding. Kim was in contact with us daily, scouting out new listings and scheduling appointments (some days back to back) to get us into to see the houses we wanted to see. After discussing what we truly needed and wanted in a home we were able to narrow down our target neighborhoods. This was very helpful to us. This market is incredibly fast paced and Kim gave us excellent advice and strategies to craft our offer and we now have a beautiful house to call home. 5 Stars!!!

I was very surprised and happy with my experience with Kimberly. She made sure that we had numerous homes to look at.

After we found a house that fit us she walked us through the process and made buying the house virtually pain free. Kimberly kept us up to date on everything so there were no surprises. She also was available to answer any questions at any time. It felt as if she was dedicated to us only.

I would use Kimberly in the future and recommend her without reservation.

Kimberly Ward is such a sweet person and she stepped in and was on top of everything. She mad the purchase of my second home a wonderful experience. I found the house on the 2nd of December and closed on the 20th of December. She has good connections for people as well for any needs you may have. Truly the best in the area.

Kim ward was an absolute pleasure to work with!

My family and I were moving from another state, so most of our communication was done over phone, text, or email. She always made sure I understood what was going on and/or where I stood on a given situation. One thing I truly appreciated about Kim was her candor. I asked her to be honest about whether she thought a property would work for us. Since we are relativity new to the area she gave us invaluable feedback on where to eat etc.
In the end the home we found checked off all our wants!

Kim was outstanding. We'd recommend her fully and will refer her to anyone we know needing a real estate agent. We had an offer on the house in 4 days of being on the market. Offer was lowballed but she worked hard to get our reasonable counter offer accepted by the buyer. We live in Colorado so Kim had to go above and beyond for us. She was at the house for the painters, carpet cleaners, locksmith, and the few other repair guys that were required prior to close of escrow. She hired these contractors and cleaners and painters from people she knew and got us good discounts. All of this would have been challenging for me living in Colorado. I am active duty US Army and her husband is retired US Army so that was key for us, she understands the military challenges and really made this easy for us. My wife and I highly recommend Kim!
