Kim works with husband, David Stovall, who specializes in Commercial and Investment Real Estate, and sister, Kayla Shoemake, a top producer in her own right. Their mother, Joyce Waters, also licensed, has worked with alongside them since 2002. As a native of Gainesville, Kim and David live at Lake Lanier with a licensed therapy dog, Maxx, a Havanese and Minni, a crazy calico cat.
Kim is the previous Owner/Broker of Waters Realty (2002-2008). She has been in the Top 5% in Nation Sales Award for numerous years. She is a member of the-Hall County Board of Realtors, Habersham/White/Stephens Board of Realtors, Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce. Kim is licensed in Georgia and North Carolina.
Kim served as President, Rotary Club of Hall County Sunset, 2010 and 2011, President, Experimental Aircraft Association, (EAA) Chapter 611, Chairman, Finance Drive, State YMCA of Georgia, Volunteer Driver, Meals on Wheels, and Gainesville/Hall County Healthy Marriage Initiative.
