About Kim

Kim is an experienced real estate professional who enjoys a long and impressive record of results. He brings to real estate a background in management, customer service, and marketing. These disciplines prepared him for the increasingly complex demands that challenge today’s real estate professionals. Raised and educated in Colfax, Kim relocated in 1994 to Carmichael.

Since 1994, Kim has lived in Carmichael – accumulating more than 20 years of life in this flourishing suburb. Kim’s professional background and his knowledge of the local marketplace prepared him for his move into real estate. In 2003, Kim achieved the goal of obtaining his Real Estate License. He started out his Real Estate career as a top producing agent with Lyon Real Estate. He then joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2010.

In 2014, Kim White was ranked #9, and in 2017, he was ranked #5 in the Sacramento Fair Oaks Coldwell Banker Office. He also received the Sacramento Association of Realtor Master Club Member designation. In January 2019 Kim made the move to join his long time Broker and friend Clay Sigg at Diez & Sigg Properties – a full-service real estate boutique that offers over 73 years of real estate sales and management experience. Since affiliating with Diez & Sigg Properties, Kim has been a consistent top producer within the company and he looks forward to growing his clientele and helping more buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. Outside the office, Kim enjoys spending time with his three sons and their two Chocolate Labradors. He also enjoys going on motorcycle rides with his fiancé Rebecca and attending local weekend Auto Racing events.
