KIM WOODRING

Kim is a Real Estate professional whose genuine nature and clear and timely communication establishes a relationship of trust with her clients. She is a determined individual and eager to add to her skills. Kim is knowledgeable about the local market and excellent at making changes in her sales approach as the market shifts.

She is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) which has enormous value for her clients as she goes to work putting together the best deal for them.
Kim has been a real estate broker for over a decade and has earned several awards including: RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Executive Club, RE/MAX 100% Club and the 5 Star Professional Award.

Kim earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1993 and has learned to listen to and understand her clients. Together, they work within the client's budget and time-frame to make their real estate goals and dreams a reality.

Aside from work, Kim enjoys her family and exploring the Pacific Northwest from the Mountains to the Coast.
