Kim is truly the best agent in Georgia and I don't say that lightly. She's a proven professional, very attentive to her clients needs and always there when you need her most. My wife and I brought our first home in Lawrenceville, GA with her as our broker. Since then we've acquired and sold a number of homes with Kim as our broker of choice. She's extremely patience and has demonstrated a keen sense of high yielding suitable investment properties that met our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Kim is amazing! From the beginning of the process to the end whether buying or selling(my wife and I have had the pleasure to work with Ms. Yath on both), she is "THE RESOURCE". There are not any bad questions with her and she educates and informs you with the diligence and professionalism that you would think you could only hope for. Very personable, outstanding people skills, and in a nutshell there for you. Kim is the person responsible for us us purchasing our first home and selling it a few years later. And she was able to assist us through a difficult process of us being unable to travel to monitor the process back in our home state. What can't she do. In the end, there isn't anyone else that would get my highest recommendation before her. More than a realtor, she has become a friend.

When selling she was hands on in our absence, as we were selling while living in another state. She went the extra mile to fix appliances in the house to keep us on schedule.
