Kim York

Kim has been in the real estate industry with Corporate Group, Inc. since 1994 and holds a Missouri real estate broker license. For 25+ years Kim has been involved in Leasing/selling the company’s retail/office /light industrial/land commercial real estate inventory within St. Charles, Warren County and Lake of the Ozark markets. Kim currently oversees the Leasing/Sales Department. Kim has a strong & professional work ethic with invaluable experience in negotiations with clients. Kim enjoys meeting and working alongside business owners/clients to help them to secure a new location for their business. Kim is actively involved in the community. She believes in giving back and volunteering. Kim is currently a board member of Youth In Need and the Boys and Girls Club of St. Charles County.

When not at work, Kim loves the spend time with her three kids, husband, family, friends and reading a good book.
