We found Drew through Zillow and it was the luckiest day. Having Drew on our team made the entire transaction go so smoothly and we ended up buying our first home. She was always there for each step of the process and also kept the lender/attorney on track as well.

The thing that stood out is during the process there were multiple documents which for me it was the attorney's responsibility to over with me, which they never did but Drew was available.

They did everything from suggest paint colors and decor items for our home to prepare for listing and ultimately close on our condo in the city to helping us purchase and close on our new home in the burbs! Our home we were selling was under contract in 2 days. My wife and I worked with Katie to purchase our first home-- after years of passively looking and dreaming, we had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted and a challenging budget in a hot market. Katie was exactly what we needed to navigate the whole process of buying a home, and when we found "the one" she and her professional contacts helped us jump on it and worked hard and fast to put in an offer. She was even able to guide us on price negotiations when a few unforeseen issues popped up during the inspection.

The process of buying a house initially seemed very overwhelming and confusing, but Katie's calm demeanor and straightforward advice really helped us navigate through. She was easy to coordinate with for showings and gave us insight into how the properties we saw compared with the market in previous years. She also was great with Covid precautions.

We had numerous questions through the whole process and Drew very patiently addressed all of our concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Chicago real estate and rental market, which was helpful for calming our nerves.

I recently decided to sell my luxury condo in Chicago. I was very concerned about selling my home remotely since I now live in California. It was being rented as a fully furnished AirBnb so this was a complex sales process with many details to follow through on and all while I was in California. Kimber and her sister Drew came through with flying colors in ever respect.

They held open houses, showings and helped with improving the staging all without me being in Chicago to help. They kept marketing our unit through an extremely difficult time when COVID-19 was just ramping up and still managed to sell my home for a very fair price. Kimber also recommended an excellent real estate attorney to help with the closing, since everything needed to be done remotely due to COVID-19.

Being first time home buyers felt scary and overwhelming at times. But Kimber was very patient and professional, not to mention available always to answer our questions. Wow! Where to start on my experience working with Kimber and Drew? Well for starters they sold our house to the first people who saw it after marketing it to the Top Agent Network. The whole process was a little over a month. Their marketing collateral was second to none, which I attribute to the reason for why we had so much interest in our lovely home.

They were very straight forward, always available, and very knowledgeable on real estate. Negotiating was a breeze. They even went to our house on our behalf several times to meet random service people since we had already moved.

I will always recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Chicago area!

We worked with Kimber to sell our Chicago South Loop condo. We had recently bought a new home and because we didn’t want to carry two mortgages, we wanted to sell fast. Kimber’s insight into the market allowed us to price our property competitively and the first showing resulted in an offer at full asking price which ultimately led to a sale. Prior to showing, Kimber even came to help stage our place to make it as desirable as possible.

During the negotiations, Kimber provided useful feedback into when we should vs. shouldn’t push back on buyer’s requests. For example, buyer had asked for $4k in credits post inspection and while you would think a realtor would guide client into making decisions that would result in a quicker/smoother transaction, Kimber actually suggested that we come back with a significantly decreased amount of credit as the things buyer was asking for was due to normal wear and tear.

Throughout the entire selling process, Kimber always made herself available to us around the clock. For instance, during the actual closing, Kimber called and texted us during the day to ensure we were informed and comfortable about what was going on.

I should also mention that I worked with Kimber to buy the condo we were now selling. It was her professionalism and genuine interest in ensuring she’s always doing right by her clients that prompted me to work with her again. I highly recommend Kimber to anyone who is buying or selling property.

My husband and I worked with Kimber and her team to buy our "forever" home in Skokie, IL. I had never gone through the process of buying (or selling) property before and initially I thought we wouldn't need to work with a realtor to guide us through the process. But I quickly realized that with so many moving pieces, the investment in working with a realtor as experienced as Kimber (even if just for peace of mind) is totally worth it.

We worked with Kimber for well over a year and during that time, it felt like she always made herself available to us at almost any time in the day (even on weekends while making breakfast for her kids). One of the things I appreciated the most about working with Kimber was the sound/honest feedback/guidance she provided throughout the buying process. Prior to working with Kimber, I thought that a realtor couldn't be fully trusted as they have a vested interest in timing/cost of purchase. But I never felt like Kimber tried to persuade us into making quicker/bigger offers than what we were comfortable with.

From the first visit of our home to actual closing day, Kimber was there by our side throughout the entire journey. Even past the supposed journey in fact. After we moved in, I reached out to Kimber regarding a contractor referral and she even called me on a Sunday to ensure I was genuinely satisfied with one of the folks she had recommended.

If for whatever reason we decide to move, we'll without a doubt work with Kimber and her team again.
