My real estate career began in 1999 in the office I still work in – John L. Scott’s Lake Tapps office. Prior to real estate I worked in sales with my sister Sandra Lee, a Food Network chef and author. We traveled around the world selling curtain hardware on shopping networks including QVC, HSN and ValueVision. It’s this experience in sales and marketing that helped prepare me to help clients in Lake Tapps, Bonney Lake, Puyallup, Buckley, Sumner, Auburn and surrounding areas.
I specialize in waterfront and resale properties, but I also enjoy working with new construction and high-end homes. I have acquired the unique ability to understand the needs of my clients ranging from first-time home buyers to those looking for high-end properties. I employ a full staff so I am able to focus on listening to my clients’ needs and exceed their expectations in all areas.
In today’s market, I know the importance of first impressions with a new listing. I stage and prepare every property I market so it may appear in the best light possible. Additionally, I have developed an aggressive marketing plan which includes an open house weekend that offers incentives. For every transaction, whether buying or selling, I pride myself with bringing top-notch experience, knowledge and education to my clients.
Living Life as a Contribution™ is a major focus of my life. In 2015, my sister Sandra was diagnosed with breast cancer. The cause is very close to my heart. I raise money for breast cancer charities and also participates in education and support initiatives for cancer survivors. In 2018, I was honored as a caregiver and health care advocate at the DreamBall, an event in New York City put on by the Look Good Feel Better charitable program.
Living on Lake Tapps, my family and I take advantage of the many outdoor activities available in the area, including boating, swimming, water skiing, hiking and walking. Interior design is another passion of mine, and through this passion I have developed a knack for staging and landscaping. My family and I also enjoy world travel and trying new things.
