Kim has been an incredible agent for my girlfriend and I. Every interaction was professional and she was flexible through all of our last minute decision changes. Being a first time home buyer, Kim took us through the process, step-by-step, really taking extra time to give the information in ways that we could understand. I like to think that everything happens for a reason and I definitely think my fiance and I met Kim on our home search for a reason. It was just supposed to be her showing us a house she was selling and that was supposed to be it. Luckily, her expertise, friendly attitude and knowledge made us want to work with her to be our buyer's agent. Every time, we met up with Kim, we always left with real estate knowledge. On top of that, she definitely made our out of state buying process smooth and easy.
