I began contact with Kimberlee Zarate over a year ago online. She was amazing in sending property information based on my wants and location and keeping me informed of the market prices in Ohio.
She also showed her processional patience with the timeline changes that that delayed our return to Ohio to tour properties. As spring came and the time for us to make our move to Ohio Kimberlee sprang into action, and just as she was diligent online, she stepped right in and became even more diligent in helping us find a home.
From the time we arrived in Ohio in May she had 3 homes lined up for us to see. After weeks of showings and weeks of inspections with only 3 possibilities that were to our liking, finally house number 28th was very much what we wanted.
All in all, Kimberlee was very knowledgeable, professional, informative, and helpful to us by her knowledge of contractors, inspectors as well as other concerns we had about the properties we viewed.
Our very professional, and caring realtor, and now good friend Kimberlee Zarate took such good care of us in helping us to find what we wanted and needed even while on vacation and while yodeling in the Alps she was typing up contracts and ensuring that we signed them in a timely manner.
We could not have been in better hands and we will refer Kimberlee Zarate to our friends, family, others wanting to sell or buy properties without hesitation.

I found Kimberlee on a referral site. From the first moment I spoke with her I could hear the passion in her voice for wanting to help find that perfect home for her clients. I'm from out of state so I needed someone that knew the area and could help provide a little extra service. She did just that, and more. She put me on a couple of lists that met my criteria of what and where I wanted. But she did far more. She contacted me regularly about properties that may interest me. We looked at several homes on video. She took the time to show me every detail of the homes. When it came time to make an offer, she provided her advice on price and terms. My first offer was accepted!! Her customer service didn't end there. She found me a housekeeper to get the home perfect for me to move into. She offered to be there when a bed was being delivered so I could be comfortable my first night in my new home. She also offered to pick me up from the airport. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service!!! I haven't seen the house in person yet but I trust that she helped me find that perfect one!!! She is amazing!!!

Hands down the best realtor. I started looking at houses a while ago not ready to buy but wanted to see what was out there. Kimberlee knew that and still sent me houses weekly and reached out to check on me regularly. Her persistency and not giving up on me is how I truly ended up with her as my realtor. What set her apart from others was she made me feel like she cared, like my time was valuable and that she would not give up until I got my dream home. From last minute showings to extra trips to get quotes before closing Kimberlee always went above and beyond for me! Honestly, she made the entire experience feel easy and stress free. She has a big heart and cares and she shows that through her work. She was always available for me, answering all my questions, and never once made me feel like my time wasn’t valuable. She truly is and amazing person!! Will definitely use her again in the future. She will not disappoint!

Kimberlee gets answers to all our questions ASAP! She made the sale of our condo and purchase of our new log home all happen. I could not believe it when I saw her working/hard labor to empty and clean the log home we purchased to ensure the seller was out by contract date. We were probably Kimberlee's most problematic sale. The house had several projects that needed to be done, upgrades that required a new learning curve for inspections, and one unique property, a log home. Through it all, Kimberlee was positive, professional, proactive and never made us feel like the problem children I know we were! I would highly recommend Kimberlee for her knowledge of real estate and the market situation. We were fortunate to have her on our side during a stressful and trying time.
