During the two-year process of working with the architect and then implementing the design by making material selections and coordinating with the subcontractors, she has learned a great deal. There were also a few spec homes that were built in Magnolia as well. Previously, Kim had experience with Real Estate Investing with a portfolio of properties in which she did some staging. Another endeavor was building out and choosing materials for a salon suite leasing business she is the co-owner of.
