Kim Bader was a great fit for my husband and I as we searched long distance for a home. She is great at listening to what you need and has an intuitive talent for finessing homes into your view that you might have passed by. She is thorough and spent a lot of time going over MLS listings to help us find the right place.

She negotiated our home purchase and did it with care. There were a few tricky aspects as our contract didn't close for several months, but she got it all set up and worked out. She did not try to make our unusual situation fit into a 'normal' contract. Kim is adaptable and loves to 'logic' it out and make sure everything is right. We felt protected through the process.

On top of the professional aspects, she is an easy person to work with. The time we spent with her was like picking up an old friendship right where it left off. Very easy to talk with and like I said above, listens well, very important! She wanted to get us the perfect fit in our next home. She is the perfect combination of a professional yet caring agent. We were real glad to have her on our team and would not think twice about hiring her when the time comes for our next move.

Kim is amazing!! We were first time homeowners and had no idea what we were doing but she took us under her wing and helped us every step of the way. Now we are in our new home and couldn't be any happier! I am forever grateful for everything she has done for us and I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a new home.
