Kimberli Clements, better known as Kimi, is proud to say that since 1996 I have been doing what i love. From the time I entered this industry, I have consistently been a multi-million-dollar producer every year. I was born and rasied on Lake Sinclair which is where I still live. My profile says Athens Ga but that’s because our main office is there. I specialize and live on lake Sinclair and work the surrounding areas within about an hour drive.
When it comes to representing my clients, I believe that education is incredibly important. As a result, I have worked to receive several designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representation, Seller’s Representation, Certified Residential Specialist luxury homes property specialist and The Graduate Realtor Institute. As a native of Milledgeville, I have a nuanced understanding of the market here.

Family is everything to me and that mentality carries over into everything I do. I have 5 children which are now grown, 3 granddaughters and one grandson. I enjoy running, playing Pickleball, working out, volunteering, and serving at my church. Most of my clients become my friends before we even close. I’m still amazed that I get paid to do what I love! My goal is simple- Making yours a reality!
