Kimberly handled the sale of our Brentwood home and simultaneously, the purchase of a new construction home in Spring Hill. Despite the complexity of handling 2 deals at once, Kimberly managed to set up a double closing that took no more than 20 minutes, allowing us to move in later the same day! Her attention to detail, forward thinking, and genuine care for her clients puts her in a class above and beyond. Five Stars is not enough!!
