Kimberly Allen

Kim is the owner and broker at Barefoot Real Estate. Her family has owned a house in Point Pleasant Beach since 1977. Kim grew up in North Jersey, attended college in New York City, moved to Los Angeles and traveled to many places in between, but part of her heart has always been at the Jersey Shore. After nearly 2 decades in film production, Kim finally decided to settle down at the beach. She met Tim shortly after Superstorm Sandy hit and they ended up rebuilding their home together. They have been happy full time residents and business owners ever since. In addition to Barefoot, Kim and Tim also own and operate Shore Riders Bike Rentals.
