Kim Avila is the absolute best realtor there is. I can’t say this enough. Kim went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable before placing my home on the market. The service received from her was exceptional. Kim made sure I understood anything that required my signature. I would use her over and over and would definitely recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Lastly, her personality and presence makes you feel as if this isn’t just a business transaction. She’s not pushy and wants to make sure you are comfortable with any decisions you are making.

Kim was absolutely amazing! We lived out of state and asked her to go by the property we were interested in, and do a FaceTime walk-through. She not only did that but facilitated our purchase. She went over and above to make our purchase happen. She is friendly with everyone and built a trusting relationship with the sellers agent.
I highly recommend Kim for all your realtor needs.

We interviewed many agents before we chose Kim to sell our home of 22 years. It had been a minute since we last dealt with real estate and we bought our house brand new so it’s a little different when your ready to sell. She was always available (I don’t think she sleeps) and answered all of my questions no matter how silly I’m sure some of them were, without making me feel bad.
