We were in need of a realtor when my father-in-law passed away and it just so happened that Kimberly lived nearby. We are so thrilled that she did because she was amazing! We live in another state and selling a house in CA would have been challenging without Kimberly's help. Not only was she professional, driven, friendly, and hard-working, but she also did little things for us that no other realtor would have done...(helping to get the house prepped, getting mail & other necessities, and being there when inspectors and such needed to look at the house). Our experience was outstanding and I would recommend Kimberly to anyone and everyone!

Kimberly Bankston-Lee is an amazing realtor! She is a top notch negotiator, who truly understands and advocates for her clients. I cant say enough positive things about her, she is knowledgeable and tenacious. Her home staging skills are amazing, and her understanding of the Sacramento area and market is a true asset.
