Kimberly Bayless

Kim Bayless has been a licensed realtor since 2013. She specializes in the Austin Texas hill country and has helped buyers and sellers with a wide range of properties from lock-and-leave townhomes to luxury listings in gated communities. Her greatest joy is helping people find happiness in their move, including meeting their timelines and finding a home that meets their selection criteria within budget.

Kim has always been an overachiever; she is a member of American Mensa, the high IQ society, and attended Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame, IN, on an academic scholarship, majoring in Fine Arts with a minor in Mathematics. She has a rare ability to leverage both the left and right sides of the brain to be creative and artistic, while still highly analytical and logical. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a commendation from the Art Department in 1998, and then served the AmeriCorps Housing Team to give back and provide.
