Working with Kim was such a great experience. This is my first home purchase. I had very specific criteria while in a seller's market, but Kim was there every step of the way. My friends nicknamed her my "BFF" (LOL) because of how she stuck with me while sorting through multiple options that did not seem like the right fit, and her patience with all of my questions. She helped me clarify what I must have and where I can compromise. She really wanted to understand what I was looking for. I never felt pressured, and she was honest if she had concerns about a property. She is very responsive - responds quickly and in great detail. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Kim.

Kimberly Beckwith worked with us in a few short months (I can say that now) in assisting my family with purchasing our first home together. She is knowledgeable and makes herself available during hours that are convenient to your needs. Kimberly was involved with every step and didn't leave any questions or concerns unnoticed. She also went above and beyond with giving advice on how to transition from where we were living in a way that worked out perfect for us! From recommending the finance company to the inspector...we weren't disappointed. I would call her again for any future realtor needs.

As an experienced Home Inspector I can tell very quickly if a Realtor works for their clients or are simply working for themselves. I can tell you without a doubt Kimberely works for her clients.

While allowing me to perform the inspection and educate the buyers, Kimberly will usually be sitting somewhere taking care of other business.

At the end of the inspection during the review, if the clients have a question about a particular defect, Kimberly can many times explain the situation and options better than I can.

Kimberly is one of the good ones, and you will benefit immensely by having her be your Realtor.

Kim is incredible & we could not be any more thankful for her. She did the impossible in helping us find the perfect home for us. Recently, I have been in search for a rental unit in University Hts. In addition, this unit needs to provide a small owners unit to use when I'm in town.
Kim has been very patient and informative she has been tirelessly vetting properties all while keeping my updated by email, video and social media.
Although the hunt goes on I have been so impressed with her dedication and industry knowledge that I felt it important to express my satisfaction. I will update this review when I finally locate that perfect property for me.
