Kimberly Brown

I have been a part of the Cornerstone family since 2016 when I started as a Broker’s Assistant. My knowledge and passion for real estate quickly grew and pushed me to get my license in 2018. My hard work, charisma, and true love for real estate has helped my reputation as a qualified Realtor quickly rise. Continuing my education in real estate I passed her Brokers exam in December 2020. In April 2020 I purchased Cornerstone Realty and I'm now the Broker/Owner. I'm efficient in all facets of the Real Estate business from purchasing your first home to selling your latest investment project. I am also is a certified trust and probate specialist through the California Association of Realtors.

I was born and raised in Humboldt County and will forever call it “Home.” I spent the beginning of my adult life living in Texas while I went to school. My time away from our area gave me a unique perspective on all the amazing things Humboldt County has to offer. I bought my first home in our very own Fortuna where I plan to invest in more real estate properties. I have always been a very active member of our community. I currently sit on the Fortuna Chamber of Commerce board, am an active member of the Humboldt Association of Realtors, and I'm the family coordinator for Fortuna Fire Department’s Santa Sleigh Program. I was awarded 2022 Kiwanis Business Women of the Year and 2022 Fire Citizen of the Year. You can catch me on the sidelines at Fortuna High football and basketball games coaching the cheer team. I love my community and I'm always looking for new ways to give back or get more involved. In my free time, I love to travel, camp, do anything that involves Disney, and most of all spend time with my family, friends, and dogs.

My duty as your Realtor is to represent you and your interest in purchasing a home. My fiduciary responsibility is with you. I will bridge the gap between your lender, vendors, sellers, title and escrow company. I like to say I'm the glue that holds the sale together. My goal is to make this transaction as smooth and stress free as possible.
