This was the second time I utilized the services of realtor Kimberly Carmen. Because of her sharp people skills, real estate acumen, and marketing savviness, she helped land a contract after listing my property for only three days in 2019. This time around, although the initial contract fell through, she was able to find a new, all cash buyer within days. We closed on the property three weeks later. I am very pleased with her professionalism and her ability to relate to all buyers/realtors. She makes the sales process seamless and adheres to all COVID-19 safety protocols. Kim possesses all of the skills you'll need to either purchase or sell a property.

Kim is great. She was extremely patient with our wants and needs, always responded quickly, very professional, actively kept us informed when something new went on the market fitting what we were looking for, and was just overall lovely to work with. In the end, Kim helped us find our perfect home!
