Kim is very friendly and easy to work and communicate with. Kim was the Real Estate Agent acting on behalf of the buyer of my home. She was very quick and efficient with questions, concerns, paperwork, and everything in between. She made it easy for me as a first time seller of my home to feel more at ease of the process. She gave helpful tips and information to make something that can be very stressful, very simple and easy. I believe she is the type of agent that could almost be like a friend, to openly tell you the ins and outs and get you to where you need and want to be. I would highly recommend working with her.
