Buying a house is a very stressful process and it can be a very long road. However, Kimberly was there for the whole process. She always makes herself available for questions and showings. Kimberly was so great at easing my mind when selling our house! I’m a worrier and she was so patient. Beyond thankful for her help, she had suggestions and gave great input but she also listened to our thoughts and ideas too. We ended up with multiple offers. She is passionate and we loved that she was relatable and so attentive to our needs. If you need a realtor that actually values your choice in using them to sell/ purchase a home then look no further. She is the best!

Kim was AMAZING to say the least to work with. She was my second realtor to work with during the process of looking for a home. She informed me of so much every step of the way and was very patient with explaining the process even when I got frustrated at times. Most importantly, whenever I had a question, I would call her and she was always available as if I was her only client (although I know I wasn't). Not only was she assisting me with finding a home but she helped my mom as well which we are now closing a week apart! I would HIGHLY recommend Kim to anyone. She's a true gem!

Where should I start Kimberly you are awesome. I was out of state property owner and very very demanding customer but Kimberly listen to my situation research market price for me and design strategy from marketing to closing with in 30 days. She also introduce me to real estate attorney who represent me during closing and paid some unclear dues from his own pocket for successful closing.
