Kimberly brings over 30 years of experience in the medical industry working as a Healthcare Insurance Financial Coordinator in Pediatrics with high-risk pregnancies. She has vast experience handling both complex and time-sensitive cases while showing empathy for the patients and their family members during one of the most challenging times of their life. Because of this, she instituted a case management approach, which helped in guiding, negotiating, and advocating for the patients with difficult insurance companies so that they will have peace of mind throughout the full plan of care and across multiple specialties.

Kim also worked at a private investigation firm where she assisted in overseeing operations, obtaining background checks, and managing the office.
