I first met Kim on her YouTube channel in January of 2021 and right away I knew she would be the one to help our family through this process of moving from Connecticut to Florida! I reached out and she returned my call within 24hrs. We flew down for the weekend and she took us under her wing and showed us all of St. Augustine as well as the different school districts for our 3 little ones. We decided on building from the ground up and she was with us the entire 8 month long process! She returned our calls, texts, emails and always advocated on our behalf. Kim is now part of our family! I live in Arizona, and last fall I was needing to buy a home in St Augustine remotely. I found Kim through her informative, relevant and fun podcasts re: living in St Augustine. Naturally, buying a home was very important to me, but there was no rush, and I would have thought myself a low priority for any realtor taking me on. Nevertheless, Kim treated me as if I were special from the very beginning. She made sure she understood what I was looking for, kept me updated with homes for sale, and always responded to my emails, texts or phone calls immediately. When I found a home I was interested in while she was on vacation, she still responded immediately, AND made sure there was always a professional available to deal with the immediate issues, whether it was paperwork or showing the house; and all of those professionals spoke highly of her. Kim had the answers to everything, and I felt in such good hands with her. We have closed on our awesome home, but I hope to work with her in the future because I trust her judgement and professional references. Thanks, Kim!

I knew I wanted to move but wasn't sure where. I started to go on Y tube to take a look at a few places and I came upon a series of videos by Kim Devlin. The videos were super positive on St.Augustine Florida and she seemed genuinely to really love the place. Videos were very informative and convincing so I decided to give a call and to my surprise Kim picked up the phone. We chatted a bit and I decided to take a visit. Well, she showed me several properties without any pressure or hype ......I bought a property that very day. We toured the neighborhood and I was told to back off and give it some thought...again no pressure - no sales hype.....I made the offer and got my house in 1 day. She showed me
quality properties in great areas making my choice a lot easier then expected. The process was easy. I was kept informed every step of the way. Questions were cheerfully answered and I always was made aware of what was happening. Closing went smoothly due to a very professional staff getting it done on time and at my convenience. Kim was correct...St. Augustine is a great place to live and I doubt I would have made the move here without her being so enthusiastic and convincing. You want to relocate to St. Augustine? See Kim ! She even gave me and my dog Max house warming gifts.

I honestly do not know where to begin. Kim is an outstanding realtor. She is incredibly responsive, super smart, beyond helpful, has great taste, and as a sweet perk, is a joy to be around.

I have worked with other realtors, and Kim redefines what it means to be a realtor. She has recommendations for renovations,; she takes her time to teach me things I did not know about the unit; and she has even advised me on certain insurances that are important to have. As a rule, Kim followed up on everything we discussed.

I know that every other person in Saint Augustine and Jacksonville is a realtor. I’m just incredibly grateful that I picked Kim Devin.

Right from the moment I asked her to help me find a home and told her I had very limited time to do so, she went into action organizing a plan to accommodate my accelerated time frame.
