About Kimberly

Prior to beginning her career in Real Estate, she had spent 13 years working as a Financial Planner, helping people plan for retirement and managing their investments. Although investments and real estate are entirely different markets, the core of what she does is the same – helping guide and advise our clients on big financial decisions with a focus on service and respect.

Kimberly has been a resident of the Twin Cities for most of my life, and have lived in many areas around the Metro, which gives her a great perspective to share with clients. As the daughter of dedicated Realtor, real estate has truly been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. If you know her partner Carol, it’s easy to see how passionate she is about what she does. She enjoys every aspect of the journey with her clients, and always does her absolute best for everyone she works with. I've known Kim and her mother for several years and have completed multiple transactions with them. From great, transparent conversation to wonderful staging and photography they have it all! Kim has great market knowledge and has sold two homes for me- both sold the day they were listed with multiple offers! Kim and Carol make a wonderful mother/daughter team!!!

Kim did an awesome job working closely with us to sell our home.
She met with us to review advertising strategy, provided resources to prepare our home, got our house ready for sale even though we were out of town, collaborated with us on our offers, and kept us continuously informed of what was happening with our home.
