We recently moved from Philadelphia, PA to Vista, CA, and Kimberly went above and beyond in our home buying process. She was there 100% of the way, scanning, emailing, calling, texting, whatever was necessary to get us the home we fell in love with. We had a very short escrow, which was made more challenging because we were across the country. Kimberly made sure we stayed on track, crossed every t and dotted every i and miraculously seemed to stay calm throughout the entire process. When we were panicking and worrying that things weren't happening fast enough, Kimberly was always there letting us know everything was under control and being taken care of. She was very responsive, which is important when working with an agent. I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for her to respond to my email or text. Additionally, she was able to show us some houses that had not yet gone on the market, because she knows so many real estate agents. (She is very active in the real estate agent's association, I think she was or is president). Anyway, after showing us a few houses, she got to know our tastes and was able to find us the PERFECT house!' Unfortunately my husband wasn't ready to move yet, so we wound up not buying. I was heartbroken, and I know that she was too, since she had put a lot of time in working with us. However, she did not make us feel guilty and continues to keep in touch, but in a friendly way, not in a pushy way. I will definitely contact Kimberly again when we are ready to buy.

Kimberly was very knowledgeable about the little pockets in the various neighborhoods that we were looking for a home. She was very efficient with our time when house hunting. She helped us hone in what we were looking for within one day of showings! I needed efficiency with my busy schedule and Kimberley was very respectful and helpful in that regards. This was our first home purchase and she was able to go above and beyond the order and process of when and what takes place (i.e. the offer, the counter, the inspection, the contingencies, when to remove the contingencies, bargaining over home repairs, closing, etc). Kimberly always got back to me within an hour or two the entire time we worked together. Call, text, and email were all utilized to maximize communication efficiency over the entire process, again MUCH appreciated with my busy schedule. She was also able to help me negotiate the home repairs and made sure what was necessary and a few 'would be nice' items got done through bargaining. She knows the process through and through because this is all she does: she makes sure buyers find the home that they're looking for and ensures timely closure on the property to get you moved in! And I ended up with a life-long trusting relationship with a realtor that I would recommend to my friends and family and I would certainly use her again when we go to make our second home purchase. When it came time to find a realtor to help us sell our home, we wanted someone who had experience selling in Vista. We found Kimberly on Zillow, liked her profile (she's an animal lover!), and decided to include her in the interview process. I could tell from our first conversation that she would be easy to communicate with, and sure enough, of all the people we pre-screened or interviewed, she was the most down-to-earth. Frankly, many experienced realtors seem a little too impressed with themselves(!), and we appreciated that Kimberly was approachable and real. (A real estate transaction can be stressful enough, without having to worry about communication with your own realtor.) We decided to hire her, and we're so glad we did. She was always available to us, and never made us feel like there were other clients taking up her time. She handled everything personally, and didn't pass things off to a transaction coordinator. She was a good communicator, well organized, and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. And we appreciated her strong work ethic... we doubt that anyone else would have tried as hard or cared as much as Kimberly. I wasn't confident in the first realtor I was speaking with so I decided on a whim to see if she'd make me feel more confident in the process of buying a new home and selling my current home. I was extremely comfortable with her responsiveness and knowledge of the area and with the process of buying and selling. Turns out that I couldn't have made a better decision to contact her on a whim because she ended up selling our house (for over asking price) in a matter of no time. We had 7 offers in the first 3 days AND she negotiated the purchase of our new home to fall directly in line with the sale date of our first home.
