I was not expecting to receive so much help from Kim when I listed my home with her this year. Instantly, the calls and requests to view my home began and so did the offers! Kim walked me through the pros and cons of each of the offers and before I knew it the house was under contract and I was packing my bags to begin another chapter of my life! You'll enjoy working with her as she is very down to earth, explains things in a simple manner when they seem complex and as well has great knowledge with her years in real estate. You won't go wrong by having her as your realtor and if you're like me will wonder why you didn't get in touch with her sooner. 10 stars Kim!!! 😊

I have used 1st Louisiana Realty for two years now. I've listed 5 houses with them. I am in the business of buying houses, fixing them and the selling them. Kim Fern with 1st Louisiana Realty is extremely easy to work with and she or her assistant answers my emails and/or texts fast enough. The rates are fair and although I feel I know a good bit about real estate, they are always there to help me and answer questions and help me during the process. If you are debating weather to use them or not, I wouldn't hesitate. I have another house I have to list in a month and I never hesitate in using them. Best of luck!

We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Kim Fern and 1st Louisiana Realty. Kim, and her team, represented the seller of the home we purchased, my wife and I on the buyer side of that deal and the sale of the house we were selling. With all the moving parts associated with each transaction, Kim was able to navigate the logistics, position our house for an immediate sale and handle a few hiccups on our buyer’s side as well. It had been 15 years since we handled a real estate transaction, Kim took all the guess work out of it and we saved a ton on commissions.

A neighbor, who I didn’t even know, called me out of the blue because she saw the For Sale By Owner sign in front of my house. She had recently switched over from FSBO to having Kim help her sell her house. She said she sold her house in about a month. She was so excited, she just wanted to call me to tell me and help me out. I feel lucky and grateful to my neighbor.

Kim and her team are excellent. She goes above and beyond to take care of you, even though her fees are the lowest you’ll find. She took an hour out of her time to stop and call me even while on vacation. She earns your business and your trust, and I expect you will be very pleased, as I was, if you choose her.
