Kimberly Fitzgerald

Kim Fitzgerald enthusiasm as a full time licensed Real Estate agent is exemplified by her professionalism, attention to detail, marketing, and understanding of client’s needs. Kim Fitzgerald is a graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania and have 15 years of experience as a meeting/event planner for government agencies, corporations, and nonprofits. These experiences have built her skill base to include the ability to listen to client’s needs, contract negotiation, marketing, attention to details, and problem solving.

Kim Fitzgerald is an active volunteer in the community and have raised funds/sponsorships valued in the thousands to support school activities, special needs organizations such as the Special Olympics, cancer research, family fun events in Sykesville, and numerous others. She also volunteers her time to coach Freedom Area Recreation soccer and lacrosse. She also enjoys competing in triathlons, running races, and playing soccer. Kim Fitzgerald has been a resident of Carroll and Howard Counties for most of her life and am familiar with the communities.
