Kim is nothing short of amazing! She really goes the extra mile and makes her clients feel like a VIP. She brings snacks and goodies on those hot days of touring homes. She is kind, flexible and has your best interest at heart. She has helped out my Aunt, parents siblings, and myself. Kim was referred by a family member that she helped purchase a home. We were from out of town and didn't know the Phoenix area at all. We told Kim what we were looking for in a home and she found us the perfect home! Kim always responded to texts and emails promptly. Many times we would ask to see homes unexpectedly and she set them up no problem. If you are looking for a realtor with YOUR interests at heart, Kim is the one. I would recommend her without hesitation! Made the whole process very comfortable and cannot thank her enough!

Looking for a realtor, we wanted someone who lived close to us so they knew the area well. We are so glad we found Kim Forbes!! Upon interviewing my wife and I had a great feeling about her, and her work ethic. We chose very wisely and would do it all with Kim again. I can describe her as a person with integrity, honesty, compassion, hard working, customer service focused, and just a great person to work with. Kim sold our house for more than any other house in our community, and she sold it fast! We had an initial deal that fell through, but Kim got to work right away and sold it again in only a couple days. My wife and I are so happy we found Kim, and have both recommended her to friends & family in need of a realtor, I think that says it all right there.
