Kim's trustworthiness, strong analytical and negotiating skills, and keen understanding of the financial and real estate markets ensure that she will best protect your interests when buying or selling a home. As the daughter of an IBM (I've been moved) executive, she is fortunate and proud to call Bergen County her home for over 30 years.
Kim graduated Boston College summa cum laude and received the Patrick A. O'Connell award as the top graduate in Finance. She then spent 3 years in High Yield Investment Banking at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and 5 years as a Research Analyst covering the Homebuilding Industry for both Kidder and Paine Webber. The same unwavering work ethic and pertinent homebuilding knowledge that drove Kim's success on Wall Street unquestionably bolster her real estate services today. Kim thoroughly understands the importance of prioritizing client interests, maintaining discretion and integrity in business transactions, and providing the highest quality of personalized services to every home-seeker she has the pleasure to assist.
Kim is also a proud co-founder of The Promise Foundation, and currently the active Vice President of this important public charity. Over the past three years, she and her colleagues at The Promise Foundation have educated more than 10,000 children about skin cancer prevention and awareness through their Sun Safe programs. Kim has also served as a board member of the Children's Aid and Family Services, the Ridgewood Newcomers, and a number of other HSA sponsored events. Thoughtful and empathetic, Kim maintains a variety of close ties to the Bergen County community and understands that business does not always come first.
She and her husband, Ken, have three adult children who were born, raised, and educated in Ridgewood in addition to two adorable Havanese dogs
