About Kimberly

Kimberly is thrilled to have transitioned real estate from a hobby to a career. Born to a custom home builder, she spent her early childhood looking at floor plans, visiting construction sites, and welcoming people to open houses. Fortunately, her dad was patient with her many questions and she got a great early education on building materials, home design, and pleasing clients.

She earned her degree in Marketing and Management from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and then worked as a relationship manager in corporate banking and later as a risk manager for Wachovia Bank. This gave her a great foundation in studying a client, learning about their business, and crafting the perfect solution to their financing needs. She then spent a couple of decades raising and educating four beautiful daughters alongside her husband, Mark.

Kimberly moved to Hendersonville in 2008 and then to Saluda in 2014 and loves to show her clients all the wonderful amenities the area has to offer. When she’s not working, you’ll find Kimberly taking her kids to music lessons and bluegrass jams, hanging out with the youth in her church, or walking her dog, Captain. She enjoys hiking, biking, boating, traveling, thrift shopping, looking at houses, and a nice cup of hot tea.
