We purchased a property in Wailea in December of 2020, in the midst of COVID-19. We lived on the mainland while Kimberly searched from early summer to late fall to find our first home on Maui. Our purchase was further complicated by the seller and title company, both from the mainland, who lacked any knowledge of Hawaii real estate and law. If fell to Kimberly to not only manage all of the moving parts of this purchase, but also our expectations, and those of the seller. It took 4 months to close our home, but Kimberly never waiver.

Consistently enthusiastic and always energetic, Kimberly treated us as if we were her only client. Patient and tenacious are words that come to mind when we think of the effort Kimberly single-handedly provided us as a realtor. She communicated to everyone involved clearly and effectively, and was very responsive to our questions and concerns, no matter the hour considering the three time zone differences between us.

Kimberly offered thoughtful guidance on the dynamics of the current marketplace and properties and is still a wealth of information on the shops and services available, as well as the local culture and history of Maui.

This is our 12 residence we have purchased in our lifetime. Without question, Kimberly is by far the most professional, capable and personable realtor we have ever worked with. Highly recommended!! Fantastic agent. You cannot do better than Kimberly Gale. She was always available to respond to questions and always got us the information and answers we needed. She has a wealth of knowledge of what’s on the market and what it is worth. Even after the sale was completed she continued to provide us with assistance. As we were unable to meet delivery people at our new home she met them for us. I have purchased and sold a number of houses over the years and what she has done for us is above and beyond what any agent I have dealt with has ever done.
