I have been working in Real Estate for about 5 years now and I absolutely love it! I am managing broker/owner for Imperial Realty and a co-owner with Chrysalis Homes, a company that focuses on investment properties (flips, wholesale, foreclosures, rentals). Everyday I learn something new about this industry and love that I can then apply this knowledge in order to become an even better realtor for my clients and fellow professionals. I pride myself on the ability to provide the attention of detail required in this profession. I also have a comprehensive understanding of the concerns fellow investors may have and I am committed in helping provide properties with great cash flow and built in equity. I also work in the traditional real estate market and enjoy assisting my clients through the, at times stressful, process of either buying or selling a home.
