I hired Kimberly to sell my cabin in Blue Ridge, GA and she was a lifesaver! I don’t live locally so she took the entire process off my hands, used her relationships with local contractors, managed preparation (staging, cleaning, repairs, etc.), ongoing projects, and maintenance which is rare and invaluable. Kimberly ensured that the cabin went to market in its best light and that it remained that way until closing. Her care to detail helped me get a better sales price than I expected given the tough market to sell in.
She provided an incredibly thorough market analysis to help set the best listing price and had many thoughtful suggestions as the market fluctuated. Throughout the entire selling process, she provided meaningful updates, concise communications, and new strategies. I felt as I thoroughly understood all my options and could make sound decisions. Kimberly’s integrity, industry knowledge, passion, and always putting my interests above her own are important attributes when hiring a Realtor.
