Kim Heaney is a amazing Real Estate Agent , I listed my Condo located in Crisfield Maryland with Kim. She did every thing right ! From the amazing pictures showing my property to advertising making mine stand out above the rest. She obtained a cash purchase for me in a very short period of time. Kim stood beside me through the entire process. Making the closing and the sale very smooth and easy. I live out of state and it could not have been any better. Kim Heaney is the cream of the crop.

Kim is an amazing realtor. We met her about a year and a half ago through her sister, who is a friend of mine. Kim helped us fulfill our dream of owning a condo at the beach. She was extremely patient and always looking out for our best interests. She was always available, even responding to texts when she was out of the country! She is extremely knowledgeable about Ocean City properties and all the things that go along with owning a condo at the beach. I can not say enough great things about Kim!
