Kim is a member of the Andy Bovender Team, a founding team of Compass Charlotte.
Ohio native, Kim Hedrick, has established herself in Fort Mill, SC, where she resides with her husband and kids. After obtaining a degree in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University, she gained diverse experiences living in Florida and Texas before settling down in Baxter Village in 2011. Having navigated the complexities of relocation herself, Kim is dedicated to assisting her clients in finding the ideal community and home that meets their unique needs.
With a background as a dietitian and pharmaceutical sales, Kim excels at building trusting relationships and is committed to providing expert guidance to her clients. She understands the nuances of buying and selling homes and strives to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure her clients feel supported at every stage of their new-home journey. Kim’s eye for interior design helps her clients to see the potential in each property. Having gone through the process multiple times herself, she goes the extra mile to ensure her clients feel supported every step of the way.
Kim is deeply rooted in her community as a mother of three active kids who have navigated the Fort Mill School district from elementary to high school. She's also dedicated to giving back, serving on the Board of Directors for NothingPink, a nonprofit that supports women with hereditary breast and ovarian cancer.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys the outdoors, walks with family and friends, practicing yoga, skiing, and bike riding at Seabrook Island. She is eager to help anyone find their dream home that checks all their boxes!
