So I first met Kim In 2013 and she was a unique blend of personable and knowledgeable. She provided a keen perspective of the housing market and where it was headed. We ultimately used her for both buying and selling our home.

Speaking from the buyers perspective: Kim was amazing and did not waist a second of our time showing homes that she knew we didn’t want. She was always early to all her appointments with the homes ready and prepped for showing. She found us our dream home and made the entire experience seamless. She also gave us the most generous housewarming gift that we have to this day…..

Fast forward years later …. We of course used her as our listing agent and OMG!!!!! She not only had our house sold in days but for 50k over listing price!!! Clearly we were head over heals…… This time we were lucky enough to use her awesome staff, whom made the experience seamless….. So if you are looking for an agent that will treat you like family then look no further….. she is ABSOLUTELY a 10 out of 10 and our lifetime agent…..
