Kim is a licensed Virginia REALTOR® and local DMV area expert - she is a native Alexandrian, raised in the Fort Hunt community steps from Mt. Vernon Estate and Old Town. She is now raising her own family in that very same community. Kim is currently serving as the PTA Vice President of her children’s elementary school, is the NVSL Swim Team Rep and board member of her community pool, former board member of her children’s preschool, youth sports coach, and planner of neighborhood events. She loves to share her knowledge of the area with clients and always has her ear to the ground – from contractor referrals to dining options to understanding the complexities of local school systems. She hopes to help you to connect with your community well after your transition is closed.
Kim lives with her husband, three sons, and two dogs in the Riverside Gardens neighborhood of Fort Hunt. She can be found volunteering at her sons’ schools, hosting ladies’ wine nights, frequenting her community pool, playing in local tennis leagues, and finding family adventures at local parks and hiking trails. She attended Fairfax County Public Schools and graduated from the University of Virginia, earning a Bachelors of Science in Commerce. Prior to life as a Realtor, Kim worked in the investment banking field specializing in mergers and acquisitions of multi-site retail and as a consultant for Homeland Security managing investment planning for their real estate portfolio.
