We worked with Kimberly on purchasing our first home during a very challenging housing market and, like most buyers, had multiple offers (well above asking price) rejected. At times we became discouraged, but Kimberly always lifted our spirits and stayed confident. She never made us feel guilty about looking at houses every weekend for months, and her great sense of humor always made the countless showings a great time. Thanks to Kimberly we stayed patient and ended up with the perfect house for us. My fiance and I say daily how lucky we were to land the house we got at the price we did in this unprecedented market, but in reality that "luck" was the result of working with an incredible professional like Kimberly. We cannot recommend her enough!
