A Willard native and Shelby resident, Kim Kaple found her calling in real estate, a profession that seamlessly aligns with her passion for houses and connecting with people. Reflecting on her journey into real estate, Kim shared, "I've always loved looking at different houses and getting ideas – and my husband had told me, 'I think this would be the perfect job for you because you talk to EVERYONE,' she said with a laugh."
Licensed in 2019, Kim quickly realized the accuracy of her husband's insight when she experienced remarkable success, such as selling 12 houses in a single month. Her enthusiasm for the profession is evident as she expresses, "I just love all the people and the families and matching them with the right home. I love them all – whether they're looking to start life, retire, or anything in between."
Kim's approach to real estate is characterized by patience and care, exemplified in a heartwarming story with a pair of buyers. Recounting the experience, she shared, "I once had two teachers who were looking for a home, and we had been looking for a good 8-10 months when they finally thought they found the right one – but I said, 'But where are you going to put a Christmas tree?' The little things are important, and it was just something I noticed and had to mention."
With a family-oriented perspective, Kim emphasized, "Everything I do with real estate is how I would handle things with my own kids and parents. I would always want the best fit for my family, and that's how I treat my clients."
Kim, a mother of five with children ranging from 12 to 25 years old, is deeply involved in sports activities, including a lot of AAU traveling. The family shares a love for travel and vacations, with the Cayman Islands ranking as Kim's current favorite destination.
In addition to her real estate endeavors, Kim contributes to The Cru, a Mansfield medspa clinic, where she plays a significant role in working with over 350 weight loss patients. Expressing her joy in this additional role, she said, "Oh, I absolutely love my patients and the relationships I'm building with them. It's such a fun place to work."
