Kimberly Kirtland

Kim currently has three years of experience and has earned the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) Certifications, She is proud to be part of The Wheeler Team with over $45 million in sales in 2023. In her first year as a Realtor, she has contributed over $4 million in sales and has sold everything from condominiums, to residential homes, investment properties and estate lots.

Kim is a graduate of Oberlin College with a degree in Psychology and has earned a MSW from The Ohio State University. She joined The Wheeler Team in 2021 after a career at New Albany Schools in the School Counseling/College Department. She brings strong customer service and stewardship skills to the team.
