Kim is the consummate professional. She is a very warm, kind, friendly, and generous person who is very honest and trustworthy. She is very detail-oriented, well-organized, and very responsive to any questions and concerns I have via E-mail and/or telephone. In short, she provides exceptional service to her customers. She is also very knowledgeable about the real estate and financial markets in Florida. It was a godsend when she picked up the phone when I happened to call the Caldwell Banker office in Brandon looking for a real estate agent in the Tampa Bay area. When I was in Florida this past January, she spent a lot of time with me, again extremely generous with her time, taking me around to different places to show me homes and condos in the Tampa area. When I didn't find anything I liked, she has always been very patient, never putting any pressure on me to make a purchase and allowing the product to sell itself. When I returned to Florida in March, she spent another week with me looking at more properties. At that time, she introduced me to two beautiful upscale resort-style communities which totally impressed me. I ended up buying a brand-new built in one of these communities. The price was such a great deal I couldn't refuse. This wouldn't have happened without Kim, and I couldn't be happier. She was superb in guiding me through the process of the negotiation, the contract, the completion of the construction, and the final closing. In conclusion, Kim is the best and now she is a lifelong friend. Therefore, I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a resale and/or a new home in Florida. -Paul Zaleski

We moved from out of state and started looking to rent and eventually buy a house here in Fl. Kim has helped us so much learning about the area and taking her time showing us several houses. She helped us get into the neighborhood we really wanted to get and we are currently renting there. Eventually, we will hopefully buy in the same neighborhood and will definitely go through Kim. She's very honest, patient and you can tell she really cares about what you want. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a home. -Beth Short
